Leadership Experience
My leadership skills began to develop when I was 5, carrying around my planner making fake to-do lists and meetings. Since my 6th birthday, I have experienced real-world leadership development.
I think she also provides a jolt of energy when she's working with the team in the office. I'm not sure I can put my finger on it exactly, but it seems that her energy rubs off on those around her.
