As the editor of the Shine Girl Blogs, I served as the lead content creator by coordinating writers, editing posts, and writing some of my own.

Operations Manual

A manual for the Shine Girl Conference planning team(s) including timeline, communications layout, committee expectations, and day-of information. 

Currently being used for the upcoming 2022 Shine Girl Conference for the Douglas Country District high school planning team. 

From the day she started, her impact has been notable, and she's been a great teammate, taking on any projects we've thrown her way with enthusiasm and focus.
